100-hour Enrichment/Module Program
with Donna Winters
Yoga is a living practice that flourishes through the passing of knowledge from one practitioner to another. The Balanced Yoga University Enrichment Program allows students to explore what it truly means to live their yoga by broadening and deepening their understanding of the practice, history and philosophy of yoga. While studying the beauty, grace and mechanics of asana, the physical component of yoga, students will develop a stronger sense of self-awareness through meditation practice and an understanding of the philosophical roots of yoga through reading, journaling and group discussion.
We are offering the 100-hour Enrichment Program in module-format for students who are interested in more indepth study of specific aspects of yoga. The weekends are broken down into 3 hour morning sessions and 4 hour afternoon sessions. The September 12 - 13 weekend is strongly recommended to establish a strong foundation for the remaining sessions; however, it is not required. Students can take any of the twelve individual sessions offered throughout the enrichment. Down load this PDF for details: Enrichment Brochure.

Balanced Art Gallery
ArtLuck: Potluck & Art Gallery at Balanced Yoga
New Show
work by Roger Genter
Join us as we share a potluck style meal. Share your favorite recipe with the group in our warm, welcoming "art gallery" studio. All are welcome!
Balanced Yoga supports local artists by providing a gallery space with a relaxed atmosphere where artists who have not previously shown their work, or who are looking for an alternative to the traditional gallery scene, can show their art. The yoga studio supports a creative community and open environment where artists get positive feedback about their work on display.
